Greg Hewitt was named Chief Executive officer for DHL Express U.S. in January 2016, and is responsible for all aspects of the country’s International Express business. In addition to leading the Express U.S. Management Board, Hewitt is also a member of the Express Americas Management Board. Before his appointment to CEO, Hewitt served as Area General Manager for the Northeast U.S. region starting in November 2014. Hewitt also served as President of DHL Express Canada from 2011 to 2014. Hewitt, who started his career with DHL in 2003 in Canada, has held several vice president management positions in commercial sales, including international assignments in Europe and the U.S. Hewitt holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where he majored in Marketing and Industrial Relations. Hewitt resides in South Florida.

Mike is responsible for the management of DHL Express business activities in over 55 countries and territories across the Americas, which includes the company’s presence in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Mike joined DHL in 1997 as a Service Center Manager in South Florida and quickly progressed within the DHL organization, managing from both a U.S. and Americas Region perspective. Before his most recent appointment in 2016 as CEO of DHL Express Americas, Mike served for nearly three years as CEO of DHL Express in the U.S. He has also served as Senior VP of Network Operations for the Americas Region and Senior VP & Area General Manager, Western U.S. Before his career at DHL, Mike worked for ten years with TNT Express Worldwide. He resides in South Florida with his wife and two children.

Karsten Aufgebauer enjoyed a 24-year career with DHL, most recently as General Manager of the U.S. Midwest, before succumbing in 2018 to a long illness. Colin has more than two decades of operational and human resources management experience with DHL. He joined the DHL Express UK Operations Management Team in 1996, and went on to successfully lead HR teams in the UK Hubs & Gateways division. He moved to the U.S. organization in 2011 as HR Director of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) Hub. He was subsequently promoted to lead the HR function for the Americas Network Operations group, and then to oversee HR for the entire U.S. In 2018, Colin became VP and General Manager of the DHL CVG Hub, where he focused on making it the Employer of Choice in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market. Most recently, Colin has taken on the role of VP of Human Resources for Network Operations, where he is responsible for Human Resources at the CVG, Miami and Panama Hubs, as well as Network Operations for the Americas Regional Office and the Aviation teams within Latin America.

Christine Nashick is CEO for the Caribbean where she oversees all aspects of the country’s International Express business in the region, managing 30 countries and 600 employees. Christine has more than 18 years with DHL Express and has held several leadership positions at the company. Prior to her current roles, she was appointed in 2014 as the company’s first Chief Customer Officer at DHL Express U.S., where she drove a customer-centric culture across the organization in an expanded Marketing role that started in 2009 as VP of Marketing. Christine has also held leadership positions in Operations supporting communication, field-based operations support, compliance, and IT strategy. She initially started with DHL in 2002 as Director of Marketing where she developed a marketing team that oversaw product management, brand management, communications, innovation, market research and analytics.

Before joining DHL, Christine held key brand and marketing roles at global companies including John Deere, the Coca-Cola Company, the Clorox Company and Webvan. In those capacities she launched and grew new products, enhanced brands, built core teams and developed value-creation strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition.

A native of North Carolina, Christine received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Miami, Florida.

Jon rejoined DHL Express in July 2019 as VP of Aviation for the Americas region after a prior 15-year career (1996-2010) at DHL. Starting in 1996, Jon had advanced from staff counsel of DHL Airways to SVP & General Counsel for Deutsche Post DHL in the Americas, overseeing the legal and regulatory work of all DPDHL divisions in the Americas as part of Global Business Services.

In 2010 Jon left DHL to join Southern Air, as its Chief Administrative Officer.  At Southern, he was part of the executive team that supplemented DHL’s highly successful Boeing 777F aircraft platform, subsequently completing a successful corporate turnaround and strategic sale of Southern to Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings.

Following the sale of Southern, Jon has served three other international wide body all-cargo carriers in various leadership and management roles, including most recently as Senior Vice President of Miami-based 767 all-cargo carrier Amerijet International.

Jon was a Fulbright Scholar to Spain, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa, a Master’s in Transnational Business Practice from the University of the Pacific, and a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University.

In 2008, Nemer returned to the U.S. and served in a variety of capacities, including Director and Head of Service Quality and Customer Operations Group (COG), playing a key role in driving service and quality. In 2013, he assumed a role in the Commercial organization, managing the Americas Multi-National Customer Channel. Reiner joined DHL Express in 1992 as an Operations Analyst at the Brussels Hub. Before becoming VP and General Manager of DHL Express U.S. Northeast, he served as CEO of DHL Express Caribbean, where he oversaw all business activities within the 30 nations that comprise the DHL Express Caribbean area. Under his leadership, the area’s profitability doubled, and active leadership and employee engagement improved year after year, while delivering all-time-high service levels.

Prior to leading the Caribbean region, Reiner managed the DHL ground operations in Latin America, where he was responsible for designing the delivery networks throughout nine South American countries and functionally oversaw 1,500 operational staff. Reiner also served as Vice President Network Management Aviation for the DHL Express International Americas region, where he developed the air networks for the region, including route design and carrier selection.

Reiner holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, England. He is fluent in four languages.
