Greg Hewitt, Chief Executive Officer | DHL (USA)
Effective January 2016, Greg was named Chief Executive officer for DHL Express U.S., responsible for all aspects of the country’s International Express business. In addition to leading the Express U.S. Management Board, Hewitt also joined the Express Americas Management Board. Before his appointment to CEO, Hewitt served as Area General Manager for the Northeast U.S. region starting in November 2014. Hewitt also served as President of DHL Express Canada from 2011 to 2014. Hewitt, who started his career with DHL in 2003 in Canada, has held several vice president management positions in commercial sales, including international assignments in Europe and the U.S. He led the team that negotiated the sale of the DHL Express domestic business in Canada to TransForce in 2011. Hewitt holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where he majored in Marketing and Industrial Relations. Hewitt will be residing in South Florida.
Mike Parra, Chief Executive Officer | DHL (Americas)
Mike is responsible for the management of DHL Express business activities in 55 countries and territories across the Americas, which includes the company’s presence in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Mike joined DHL in 1997 as a Service Center Manager in South Florida and quickly progressed within the DHL organization, managing from both a U.S. and Americas Region perspective. Before his most recent appointment in 2016 as CEO of DHL Express Americas, Mike served for nearly three years as CEO of DHL Express in the U.S. He has also served as Senior VP of Network Operations for the Americas Region and Senior VP & Area General Manager, Western U.S. Before his career at DHL, Mike worked for ten years with TNT Express Worldwide. He resides in South Florida with his wife and two children.
Karsten Aufgebauer, Senior Vice President and General Manager | DHL (USA)
Karsten oversees all of Sales, Operations, Finance and Facilities for the Midwest U.S. and sits on the DHL U.S. Management Board where he, along with the CEO and U.S. Area General Managers, helps develop the strategic direction of the company. Karsten has been with DHL since 1993 and has held a variety of customer-focused roles in Europe and the Americas — deploying innovative shipping solutions for major Global Customers worldwide. Karsten grew up in Northern Germany and started his professional career in the ocean shipping industry where he worked for over 10 years on assignments in the U.K. and Miami.
Laurice Bancroft, Vice President and General Manager | DHL (USA)
Laurice oversees all of sales, operations, finance and facilities for the Northeast U.S. Laurice also sits on the DHL U.S. Management Board where he, along with the CEO and area general managers, help develop the strategic direction of the company. Laurice joined DHL Express U.S. in 1994 where he started as a sales associate and progressed through a number of management positions with increasing responsibility, including district field services manager in New York, regional field services manager located in Boston, national director of hubs in Ontario, Canada, and senior director of operations for the Northeast U.S.
Colin Beynon, Vice President of Human Resources | DHL Express (USA)
Colin has over 20 years of Operational and Human Resources Management experience. He joined the DHL Express UK Operations Management Team in 1996, and went on to successfully lead HR teams in the UK Hubs & Gateways division. He moved to the U.S. organization in 2011 as HR Director of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky ( CVG) Hub and was subsequently promoted to lead the HR function for the Americas Network Operations group. In June 2017 he assumed his current role, based at the corporate office in Plantation, Florida. Colin is a member of the DHL U.S. Management Board.

Pablo joined DHL Express in 2005, where he held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Strategy and Business Implementation, Chief of Staff for the CEO during the U.S. restructure, Head of Customer Service and Telesales and Chief Information Officer. He has more than 15 years of well-rounded executive management experience including Operations, Sales and Management Consulting in Europe, U.S. and Latin America.

During the span of her 24-year career, Laurie has led all aspects of Human Resources, including HR business partner, labor relations, training, organization development, and shared services functions in both division and corporate level roles. She is currently based at the Corporate Office in Plantation and is part of the U.S. Management Board.

Hank has more than 20 years’ experience in business management, operational improvements, growth strategies and technology. Gibson uses technology to increase timely access to information for employees and customers, and is responsible for processes, practices and management systems relating to the flow of information within DHL. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Dartmouth College, as well as an MBA from Stanford University. He lives in Weston, FL with his wife and two daughters. Eugene Laney, Head of International Trade Affairs | DHL (USA)
Dr. Laney brings 20 years of experience in public and governmental affairs to DHL U.S. He has worked with the FDA, DOA, the FAA and U.S. State Dept. among others. Laney manages international trade affairs for DHL, including Customs and cargo security issues to help customers meet U.S. regulations, understand the processes and protect their interests.
Alan Majchrzak, Director of Customs Brokerage Services | DHL (USA)
Alan is an 18 year veteran of DHL. He is a licensed Customhouse Broker with more than 30 years of experience in import brokerage. Alan has held various positions at DHL including Gateway Import Manager and Director of Import Compliance. In his present position, Alan is responsible for oversight of DHL’s import and export procedures and applications.

James was previously a senior attorney in the Legal Department of another large global express delivery company. Prior to that, he worked at one of the largest U.S. law firms specializing in customs and international trade law in New York City. Prior to private practice, he was a trade lawyer for the U.S. Treasury and the U.S. Department of Commerce. James is a board member of The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) and received his B.A. with Honors from The Johns Hopkins University and a M.A. and J.D. from The American University in Washington DC.

Cain is a 16-year veteran of DHL. Most recently serving as Head of U.S. Gateway Operations, he is focused on safety, quality, process improvements, and our customers. Cain has served in Network roles since starting at DHL in the UK. He moved to the US in 2006 and became the JFK Gateway Director. Cain and his family reside in the Cincinnati area.
Christine Nashick, Chief Marketing Officer | DHL (USA & Americas)
Christine is responsible for Marketing and Communications for DHL Americas to also include Product, Promotions and Brand for Express U.S. She has more than 12 years with DHL and ensures DHL puts the customer at the center of every business decision the company makes. Nashick has held several leadership positions at DHL including managing Operations Programs, Compliance and IT strategy where she developed and implemented projects to help improve overall service performance. A native of North Carolina, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Phillip Poland, Director of International Trade Compliance | DHL (USA)
Phillip oversees import and export compliance in the Americas region as well as assists with the development export compliance programs globally for the company. He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars to educate small business on how to export their products. Phillip has served as adjunct faculty at Saint Louis University, teaching graduate level courses in international contracts law and courses in how to do business and sell products internationally. He has also served as guest lecturer at various universities on the subject of international business and trade.

Amy Smith, Head of U.S. Customs & Trade Compliance | DHL (USA)
Amy is responsible for all aspects of import and export trade compliance for DHL’s international service. She previously served as Clearance Director at the company’s Cincinnati hub facility. She has worked with Customs, Agriculture and FDA at all DHL ports for Entry. Amy has conducted workshops on importing in to the U.S. for global accounts in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Myanmar. She is a National Corporate License Holder as well a Certified NCBFAA Customs Specialist and Licensed Customs Broker. She is currently based in Erlanger, Kentucky.
Nick Taylor, Senior Director of Sales for Southeastern U.S. | DHL (USA)
Nick is responsible for all revenue in Northern Florida and Puerto Rico. During his 20 year career with DHL, he has worked in the Middle East, Australia, the South Pacific, and the U.S., and has held various positions at DHL including, General Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Multinational Account Manager. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Commercial Business from Lincoln University.

Robert manages all banking relationships for the company in more than 30 countries. He is also Chairman of the DHL employee benefits committee, responsible for managing retirement investments. Robert has nearly 24 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining DHL in 2004, Robert held a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility with AT&T, including CFO for AT&T Capital – Latin America. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Louisville and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.

Enna leads the U.S. Business IT Team. Enna recently relocated from Mexico with her family to Plantation, FL. She joined DHL Express Mexico in 2013 as CIO and in 2014 was also in charge of Marketing. Enna studied Computer Science and holds a M.B.A. in E-Commerce from the Technological Institute of Monterrey.
