Greg Hewitt, Chief Executive Officer | DHL (USA)

Effective January 2016, Greg was named Chief Executive officer for DHL Express U.S., responsible for all aspects of the country’s International Express business. In addition to leading the Express U.S. Management Board, Hewitt also joined the Express Americas Management Board. Before his appointment to CEO, Hewitt served as Area General Manager for the Northeast U.S. region starting in November 2014. Hewitt also served as President of DHL Express Canada from 2011 to 2014. Hewitt, who started his career with DHL in 2003 in Canada, has held several vice president management positions in commercial sales, including international assignments in Europe and the U.S. He led the team that negotiated the sale of the DHL Express domestic business in Canada to TransForce in 2011. Hewitt holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where he majored in Marketing and Industrial Relations. Hewitt will be residing in South Florida.

Mike Parra, Chief Executive Officer | DHL (Americas)

Mike is responsible for the management of DHL Express business activities in 55 countries and territories across the Americas, which includes the company’s presence in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Mike joined DHL in 1997 as a Service Center Manager in South Florida and quickly progressed within the DHL organization, managing from both a U.S. and Americas Region perspective. Before his most recent appointment in 2016 as CEO of DHL Express Americas, Mike served for nearly three years as CEO of DHL Express in the U.S. He has also served as Senior VP of Network Operations for the Americas Region and Senior VP & Area General Manager, Western U.S. Before his career at DHL, Mike worked for ten years with TNT Express Worldwide. He resides in South Florida with his wife and two children.

Karsten Aufgebauer, Senior Vice President and General Manager | DHL (USA)

Karsten oversees all of Sales, Operations, Finance and Facilities for the Midwest U.S. and sits on the DHL U.S. Management Board where he, along with the CEO and U.S. Area General Managers, helps develop the strategic direction of the company. Karsten has been with DHL since 1993 and has held a variety of customer-focused roles in Europe and the Americas — deploying innovative shipping solutions for major Global Customers worldwide. Karsten grew up in Northern Germany and started his professional career in the ocean shipping industry where he worked for over 10 years on assignments in the U.K. and Miami.

Laurice Bancroft, Vice President and General Manager | DHL (USA)

Laurice oversees all of sales, operations, finance and facilities for the Northeast U.S. Laurice also sits on the DHL U.S. Management Board where he, along with the CEO and area general managers, help develop the strategic direction of the company. Laurice joined DHL Express U.S. in 1994 where he started as a sales associate and progressed through a number of management positions with increasing responsibility, including district field services manager in New York, regional field services manager located in Boston, national director of hubs in Ontario, Canada, and senior director of operations for the Northeast U.S.

Colin Beynon, Vice President of Human Resources | DHL Express (USA)

Colin has over 20 years of Operational and Human Resources Management experience. He joined the DHL Express UK Operations Management Team in 1996, and went on to successfully lead HR teams in the UK Hubs & Gateways division. He moved to the U.S. organization in 2011 as HR Director of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky ( CVG) Hub and was subsequently promoted to lead the HR function for the Americas Network Operations group. In June 2017 he assumed his current role, based at the corporate office in Plantation, Florida. Colin is a member of the DHL U.S. Management Board.

Hank Gibson

Hank has more than 20 years’ experience in business management, operational improvements, growth strategies and technology. Jerry Hennessy, Sr. Director Customer Facing IT Americas & US

He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars to educate small business on how to export their products. Amy Smith, Head of U.S. Customs & Trade Compliance | DHL (USA)

Amy is responsible for all aspects of import and export trade compliance for DHL’s international service. She previously served as Clearance Director at the company’s Cincinnati hub facility. She has worked with Customs, Agriculture and FDA at all DHL ports for Entry. Amy has conducted workshops on importing in to the U.S. for global accounts in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Myanmar. She is a National Corporate License Holder as well a Certified NCBFAA Customs Specialist and Licensed Customs Broker. She is currently based in Erlanger, Kentucky.
